About the Role
We’re looking for kind, committed and reliable Care Assistants to support vulnerable adults to live independently in their own homes. Whether it’s help with getting up in the morning, preparing meals, providing personal care, or simply offering a friendly face, your presence will make a huge difference in someone’s day.
Our visits are carefully planned to ensure you’re paid from your first visit until the last – including travel time.
Shift Patterns
We offer flexible working hours that can fit around your lifestyle:
- Morning shifts
- Day shifts
- Evening shifts
- Split shifts
- Alternate weekend availability required
- We’ll work with your availability to tailor regular shifts
No experience? No problem – we provide full training and mentoring.
All we ask is that you are:
- A caring and compassionate individual
- A driver with access to your own vehicle (required)
- Available to work flexible hours including alternate weekends
- Passionate about making a real difference in people’s live
