Our story
Established in 2013, Kinect Services Limited provides high quality domiciliary care, transport and training services throughout the Essex area. Specialising in working with vulnerable children and adults, we are regulated by the Care quality Commission and local authorities to ensure we can meet the needs of all our clients
Care
Our care team provide numerous services both in client’s homes and in the community, supporting them to re-engage in activities they struggle with on their own, as well as enabling them to potentially stay at home for longer. All our staff are fully trained and DBS checked, and driven to improve the lives of all their clients by overcoming barriers and promoting inclusivity.

Transport
Our transport team boasts a fleet of over 40 vehicles, providing accessible 8 – 16 seater vehicles. Entrusted to provide transport for local authorities across Essex, Kinect Services provides fully trained drivers and passenger assistants to transport children, adults and older adults with varying needs to various schools and centres.
Training
Our registered training team provide sessions on first aid health and safety, moving and handling of people as well as specialist training for the transport of vulnerable clients. All training courses are regulated, and provide attendees with certificates.

We offer Companionship Care Services across Rayleigh, Rochford and Castle Point.
Frequently asked questions
How regularly will I need care?
Before you start receiving care from the company, we will visit you to carry out an assessment where we can work out what your needs are. From there, we can discuss how often you will need us to visit based on what tasks/activities you need support with.
We are able to provide ongoing care on a day to day or week to week basis, as well as being able to provide respite care as a one off.
