Emergency First Aid at Work Training
Emergency First Aid includes the understanding of the role and responsibilities of a first aider, it provides the training for you to give emergency first aid to someone who is injured or becomes ill.
It also covers basic life support and the management of a casualty being unconscious or not breathing.
Course Learning Outcomes
- Understanding the role and the responsibilities of a First Aider
- Knowing how to assess a scene and provide support
- Being able to provide First Aid to an unresponsive or not breathing casualty and identify when to administer CPR
- Being competent in using an Automatic External Defibrillator (AED)
- Know how to provide First Aid to casualties with minor injuries
