Kinect Services has built a solid reputation for providing a friendly, sensitive and supportive service to clients with specialist needs. We are in constant demand both from schools and social services, but we also have clients such as care homes and families with a member who, because of a disability, need our caring, safe and reliable transport service every now and then.

 

As a contractor for Southend Borough Council,  Essex County Council and Thurrock Council, we operate home to school transport to a wide variety of schools and centres.We are based in Essex and run a fleet of more than 40 minibuses, which are the perfect answer to your special needs transport requirements. Our purpose-built wheelchair accessible vehicles are capable of taking up to 16 seated passengers and/or up to five in wheelchairs in comfort, so whether you need transport to take children to school or adults to a day centre, Kinect have it covered.

We have a range of 8- & 16-seat minibuses available for hire including airport transfers, nights out, weddings & festivals. We provide a regular service to all of the main London airports including Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton, City and Southend.

Every booking is priced individually. We don’t use meters, you just pay the quoted price without worrying about hidden extra charges. All transfers are in one of our executive-class Ford or VW minibuses, with a driver on hand to assist with any luggage and belongings. Whether you are travelling as a business or friends group, we will provide you with a stress-free and cost-effective journey.

Frequently asked questions

How many people can fit in a minibus?

We provide 8 and 16 seater minibuses. If anyone travelling has specific accessibility needs please get in touch to find out the capacity of our buses based on your needs.

I use a wheelchair, can I still hire a minibus?

Yes. All our minibuses meet accessibility requirements and our staff have received full training to assist clients using our services with all accessibility needs.

What training do staff on the minibuses have?

All staff have received the appropriate training required to both drive and assist clients on our minibuses. All staff will have had full DBS checks, as well as being affiliated with local authorities where necessary.
