Location: Various locations across Essex Pay: £13.73 – £14.85 per hour (inclusive of rolled-up holiday pay) Enhancements: Enhanced rates for Bank Holidays Type: Bank (zero-hours contract)
About the Role
Kinect Services is recruiting experienced Bank Complex Care Support Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred care to adults living in their own homes who have complex health needs, learning disabilities and/or autism.
This flexible role allows you to choose the shifts and days that suit your availability, offering genuine work–life balance. You will be part of a professional, compassionate team that helps people live safely, independently, and with dignity in their own communities.
Key Responsibilities
· Deliver person-centred care and support in people’s own homes
· Support adults with complex health needs, learning disabilities and/or autism
· Assist with personal care, medication, mobility and health-related tasks (following training and competency sign-off)
· Promote independence, wellbeing, and inclusion
· Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and the wider care team to ensure safe, consistent care
About You
We are seeking reliable, compassionate and experienced care professionals who can make a real difference in the lives of the people we support.
Essential criteria:
· Minimum of 6 months’ UK experience in a similar care role (complex care, learning disability or autism support)
· Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
· Confident in delivering personal care and supporting with health-related needs
· Excellent communication, professionalism and reliability
· Right to work in the UK (please note: we are unable to offer sponsorship as hours cannot be guaranteed)
Willingness to complete required training and competency assessments
